Qualifications

- 2 years of relevant experience in project management, product management or production
- Ability to coordinate amongst internal and external contacts
- Strong interest to learn and grow in the production and or operations space
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, problem solving, and tactical skills are necessary
- Manage work under minimal supervision and handle numerous tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Incredible degree of patience and ability to think clearly in ambiguous situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self-starter and drive things to conclusion
Responsibilities
- The Operations Associate will be a dynamic addition to our growing team
- Taking ownership of the complete order cycle, from issuing and confirming all orders with production partners to ship date, while maintaining a high level of information integrity throughout all documentation
- Partnering with sourcing, product management, and design to ensure correct execution of product and help the team attain margin and delivery goals
- Tracking production schedules and order fulfillment, reporting out on order ready dates and escalating delivery issues, shortages, price discrepancies, and capacity concerns to the team
- Driving day to day communication with leadership team m& partners regarding order status, component status, daily production, and general updates
- Reporting out metrics & results for production key functions to senior leadership
- Managing all order data, and assisting in record reconciliation as needed
- Collaborating with product, operation, and finance teams to ensure shipment data moves swiftly through the system and is communicated effectively
- Working closely with the sales team to build vendor handbooks & requirements, monitor capacity constraints at vendors, and analyze vendor performance quarterly to support data-driven decisions for the next year
- Coordinating with internal teams to handle special projects, facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve supply chain problems with scaling in mind
