Return Policy

E-bike/Accessory/Components & Replacement Parts Return Eligibility:

  • You must return your order within 14 days of receipt

  • The bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any modifications, and in the original packaging and condition that you received it

  • If there are no issues with the product and customer is returning because of a change of mind, the customer will pay the $200 return shipping fee (this is withheld from refund) or $100 drop off fee (includes restocking) if delivered to our warehouse

Purchased, but not shipped:

  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items) that have not been shipped. Please notify us as early as possible support@huckcycles.com

Used items:

  • No returns, except in rare cases of serious, and obvious, manufacturer breakage / malfunction

Non-returnable items:

  • Electronics (including batteries)

  • Special orders

  • Discounted, promotional or sale items

Before a return is sent, the customer MUST have received written approval from Huck. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Huck Cycles a refund will NOT be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Please give us a heads up after you send your return by emailing support@huckcycles.com. If possible, please provide a tracking number.

If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Support Team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees will apply to unauthorized returns.
