E-bike/Accessory/Components & Replacement Parts Return Eligibility:

• You must return your order within 14 days of receipt

• The bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any modifications, and in the original packaging and condition that you received it

• If there are no issues with the product and customer is returning because of a change of mind, the customer will pay the $350 return shipping fee and 50% of purchase cost fee (this is withheld from refund)

Purchased, but not shipped:

• A full refund is allowed within the first 2 days of purchase, after that your cancellation is subject to a 50% restocking fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items) that have not been shipped. Please notify us as early as possible brett@huckcycles.com

Used items:

• No returns, except in rare cases of serious, and obvious, manufacturer breakage / malfunction

Non-returnable items:

• Electronics (including batteries)

• Special orders

Before a return is sent, the customer MUST have received written approval from Huck. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Huck Cycles a refund will NOT be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Support Team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees will apply to unauthorized returns.

Huck Cycles, LLC ("Huck") warrants your new bike, components and optional add-on products to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

These components include, frame, handlebar, forks, freewheel, stem, seat post, lights, derailleur, brakes, throttle, controller, bottom bracket, LCD display, kickstand, shifter, motor, saddle, wiring harness, reflectors, rims, hardware, wheel hub, and pedals. Paint finish and all other original components, and all Huck supplied replacement parts, and accessories, are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased new from, and assembled by, an Huck.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Huck. Unless within the free 14-day replacement period, you will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUCK BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Not Covered by the Warranty:

THE ABOVE WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE BIKE IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR IS USED FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILING TO FOLLOW THE OWNER'S MANUAL OR USING THE BICYCLE FOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OR IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RACING, MOTOCROSS RACING, STUNT RIDING, RAMP JUMPING OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND TRAINING FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS. HUCK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THAT OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the bicycle.

Battery Warranty:

Batteries are warranted for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. Warranty doesn’t include damage from power surges, improper maintenance, improper use of charger, water damage or other such misuse, including normal wear.  

Submission for Warranty Replacements:

Huck will review all warranty requests after a photo and/or video has been submitted by the original owner. If a third party replaces a part or services the bike we will not pay for the costs unless previously discussed in writing.

Your Huck warranty is not transferable in any way. We will not offer warranty service to anyone other than the original buyer. Any parts damaged by the user are not covered by the warranty.

Any alteration of the bikes components will void your warranty.

Proof of purchase is necessary to verify your warranty. Contact support@huckcycles.com if you need assistance.

Shipping:

Inspect your Huck Cycles shipment immediately for any damage. Inspect your bike before the driver takes leaves and file a claim immediately with the driver. Do not sign-off on the delivery unless you are positive no damage has occurred. This will help with shipping damage claims and speed up the process. Take photos and video of any damage, and date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection has been completed. All damage reports must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to Huck Cycles customer service representatives. Contact support@huckcycles.com for return or replacement instructions.

Warranty Period:

• New Bike Guarantee - we offer full replacement of defective parts with free shipping in the US within the first 14 days of your bike order. After 14 days the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• For all PRODUCTS, this warranty expires 1-year from the date the PRODUCTS were delivered to the BUYER unless excluded from warranty or otherwise voided from coverage under warranty

• Mechanical components are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Bicycle frames are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Battery packs are covered for a period of 1-year on manufacturer defects only.

• Other electronic components are covered under warranty for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase
