Warranty

Huck Cycles, LLC ("Huck") warrants your new bike, components and optional add-on products to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

An immediate warrant claim can be filed within the first 14 days of receipt and use. After 14 days of ownership and use, and no issues have been communicated to Huck, we will assume the issue is not a defect, but something caused by use. A service call will be initiated and an inspection of the problem conducted. If the inspection shows a manufacturing defect the items will be replaced and service performed. If the issue is deemed to be from use, miss-use or from other outside elements, the warranty claim will not be valid.

These components covered under the warranty, frame, handlebar, forks, lights, brakes, throttle, controller, LCD display, kickstand, motor, saddle, wiring harness, rims, hardware, battery, controller and tank. Paint finish and all other original components, and all Huck supplied replacement parts, and accessories, are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased new from, and assembled by, a Huck or a Huck Dealer.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Huck. Unless within the free 14-day replacement period, you will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUCK BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Not Covered by the Warranty:

THE ABOVE WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE BIKE IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR IS USED FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FAILING TO FOLLOW THE OWNER'S MANUAL OR USING THE BICYCLE FOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OR IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RACING, MOTOCROSS RACING, STUNT RIDING, RAMP JUMPING OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND TRAINING FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS. HUCK MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THAT OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty applies only to the original owner of the bicycle.

Battery Warranty:

Batteries are warranted for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. Warranty doesn’t include damage from power surges, improper maintenance, improper use of charger, water damage or other such misuse, including normal wear.

Submission for Warranty Replacements:

Huck will review all warranty requests after a photo and/or video has been submitted by the original owner. If a third party replaces a part or services the bike we will not pay for the costs unless previously discussed in writing.

Your Huck warranty is not transferable in any way. We will not offer warranty service to anyone other than the original buyer. Any parts damaged by the user are not covered by the warranty.

Any alteration of the bikes components will void your warranty.

Proof of purchase is necessary to verify your warranty. Contact huckfinn@huckcycles.com if you need assistance.

Shipping:

Take photos and video of any damage, and date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection has been completed. All damage reports must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to Huck Cycles customer service representatives. Contact huckfinn@huckcycles.com for return or replacement instructions.

Electrified

We build by hand and test the hell out of each bike before delivery.

Huck isn’t a big operation, and our goal is to keep production at around 50 bikes per month.

Our bikes are made to order, allowing our customers to select custom paint colors and designs for everything from the style of handlebar, the “tank” to the upholstery and stitching color on the seat. Ordering a Huck is very much a “commision your build” experience.

Huck is the ever present search we are all on - equal parts destination and journey. Life is often times the void in between point A and point B. To fill that gap with emotion and experience is, ultimately, the goal.

For us, the destination is secondary. See you out there!
